Thanks for Giving

Please allow me this time to say thank you to all those customers who became friends and loyal clients over the years.

Thank you to all the fellow agents that work in our industry who give of their time to accommodate me and my agents with information and showings that allows us to earn our living.

Thank you to the twenty agents that work along side me on a day-to-day basis at Koslovsky Realty, who make it a pleasure to go to work.

Thank you to Stella Estevez, my licensed assistant and secretary for over 21 years, whose smile, personality and professionalism has been a continuous source of help in this sometimes stressful industry.

Thank you to the many attorneys, title agencies, mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors who influence our real estate transactions, most of which are professionals and great to work with.

Thank you to my wonderful children: Gabrielle & Bernardo, Jordana & Rotem and David. To my unbeatable and delicious 7 month old grandson Alexander K. To Joshua & Esther and Jonathan & Rachel my nieces and nephews and greatest nephew and niece Shalom & Orah. To my sister Roberta and my mom Millie and her aides: Felicia, Maria & Pearleen. All of whom inspire me by their special qualities they bring to making our family so incredible.

And last but mostly… Thank you to my wonderful, energetic and dedicated wife Susan, who has the “task” of working and living with me day and night: always being there for me, juggling the home, the entire family including the most adorable & best behaved grandson Alexander K., the agents in the office, our management company, the bookkeeping and day-today activity at our office, and dealing with my need for professionalism and perfectionism.

Also, thank you G-d for watching over me and providing me with the health and ability to do what I love to do. Thank you for a wonderful life with so much to be thankful for…

I make my living in the real estate industry and you can question any of the thousands of satisfied clients I have helped over all these years, which in common will all say “Sid never pushed me into anything. I can honestly say that there is not one client that I have represented that is in a situation where they have bought a property that they were sorry for today, and better than that there is not one client that I have represented that is in a situation where they are contemplating walking away from a deposit or concerned about closing on a property that is not a good investment. That is because my recommendations included only quality new properties, built by proven developers for strong percentage of primary residents. Speculating is risky, and for what will be amongst the most expensive purchases of one’s life, why would I want to put a client of mine in a risky situation? I’m not in this business for the quick buck… Repeat and referral business is part of the foundation Koslovsky Realty was built on.

What are you waiting for? You ask for a good deal? You ask for the right time to buy? You want to know when we hit bottom!

We are here, now!

If your are looking for a single family home, and you are not actively out there every day making offers… you are not a real buyer. Put this paper down, pick up section H of the paper and go look for a t.v. or an appliance.

That’s right… the prices haven’t been this good in almost 3 years. Now, use a little bit of common sense… do you really think that the market isn’t going to improve, whether it takes 30 days or 300 days it WILL IMPROVE. And you will once again say why didn’t I buy when the market was soft? Hello? Wake up call! This is the perfect time to look and make offers to buy. Opportunity is knocking loudly!

If you are looking for a town home, it is also a great time; however, you do need to be a little more cautious in evaluating the management operations of the community you are considering buying into.

And finally, if it’s a condominium you are looking for, here too, working with a savvy realtor should guide you to a “safe” great deal.

Think logically… the market is soft, there are opportunities to take advantage of, prices haven’t been this low in years…this is Florida, the “cycle” capital of the world. Our dollar is weak, the Canadian’s are interested… the Europeans are interested and the South Americans are interested… Act now while the opportunities favor you! If you sit back and honestly believe that prices are going to drop more… with the exception of some of the brand new hi rise buildings… you are highly mistaken and hopefully you’ll enjoy your new t.v. for many years to come, sorry that it won’t be from the home of your dreams.
